3. Warranty & Touch-Up Policy
Standard Warranty:PureColor guarantees all workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of project completion.
Covers:
Peeling, blistering, or chipping due to improper prep or application
Labor and materials to correct any covered issues
Does NOT Cover:
Damage caused by weather, structural shifting, moisture intrusion, or client misuse
Vandalism or external impact
Touch-Up Policy:1 free touch-up within 6 months of completion, if requested in writing.
4. Deposit & Payment Terms
Deposit: 25–50% of total price required to schedule work
Progress Billing: For jobs over $5,000, staged payments will be outlined in your estimate
Final Payment: Due upon substantial completion (before final walk-through)
Late payments over 15 days are subject to a 5% late fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Legal Disclaimers & Jobsite Conditions
PureColor is not responsible for delays caused by acts of God, material shortages, or permit delays.
Client agrees to provide access to water, electricity, and bathroom facilities during work hours.
Client must remove or cover valuables, electronics, or fragile items in the work zone.
Pets must be secured during painting operations.
PureColor reserves the right to pause work if safety risks or site interference occur.
